JOB DESCRIPTION
The Paralegal SRA is responsible for providing support to the legal team. This role involves assisting in the management of regulatory compliance matters, maintaining legal documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Specialized Regulatory Compliance:
- Research and stay updated on industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and documentation.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies to ensure timely submission and compliance.
Legal Documentation: - Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing legal documentation.
Collaboration and Communication: - Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies and legal representatives.
Research and Analysis: - Conduct legal research on relevant issues related to regulatory affairs.
- Provide analysis and summaries of legal and regulatory developments affecting the organization.
Administrative Support: - Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a paralegal, with a focus on regulatory affairs preferred.
- Strong understanding of specialized regulatory requirements in the relevant industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and research skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
