Delivery Operations Specialist
📍 Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig
Help shape one of the most important moments in a Tesla customer’s journey — the delivery of their vehicle.
As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that each handover experience is seamless, professional, and aligned with Tesla’s world-class service standards. You’ll coordinate with multiple departments to manage the administrative and operational aspects of vehicle delivery while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support delivery center operations
- Monitor the delivery pipeline and schedule appointments for timely handovers
- Prepare and process vehicle documentation accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify contract and registration information
- Maintain clean and updated data across CRM and other systems
- Coordinate with logistics and service departments for vehicle readiness
- Identify areas for improvement to elevate the delivery experience
- Support broader business operations as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/training experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable across platforms and systems
- Flexible with work schedules (including Tuesday–Saturday)
- Passion for innovation and sustainability
- Experience in automotive operations is a plus, but not required
