Our client is a PSE-listed power company with a diverse portfolio in renewable and thermal energy generation, distribution, and retail electricity supply.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the development and implementation of safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee workplace safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations while ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., DOLE, DENR, DOE) and represent the company during inspections and compliance activities.
- Drive emergency preparedness programs, safety training initiatives, and continuous improvement in site safety performance.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields)
- Accredited Safety Officer (DOLE) and Registered Engineer is highly preferred
- Experience in power plants, energy, or heavy industry
- Strong background in OSH compliance, risk management, and safety audits
- Leadership experience
- Must be fluent in Bisaya
- Willing to work in Toril, Davao or Toledo, Cebu
