Our client is a US-based company that specializes in insurance
operations consulting and business process outsourcing. They have
been in the industry for more than 20 years and support insurance
carriers, agencies, and brokers across the US.
They help these clients improve operational efficiency, reduce
costs, and scale their operations through services such as process
improvement consulting, technology solutions, and insurance
operations outsourcing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead operations consulting and diagnostics to identify
    client needs and recommend the best solutions across
    service offerings
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six
    Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and client
    outcomes
  • Manage end-to-end project execution and integrations,
    including transition of services and implementation of
    strategic initiatives
  • Conduct problem-solving, process mapping, risk analysis, and automation initiatives to improve operational performance
  • Maintain ongoing client engagement and progress tracking
    (6–12 months) to ensure sustained impact and identify future opportunities
  • Handle client-facing interactions and stakeholder management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all levels
  • Develop detailed documentation, reports, and project plans to support workflow alignment and decision-making
  • Support solution design, innovation, and internal collaboration, while mentoring teams and contributing to service improvement

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • 10+ years of experience in US insurance operations (Property &
    Casualty or Employee Benefits), with exposure to consulting or
    transformation projects
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations
    management, or consulting environments, preferably within
    large organizations
  • End-to-end consulting lifecycle experience (5+ years) including
    discovery, analysis, solution design, implementation, and client
    management
  • At least 3+ years of people management or ownership of
    operational results
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the
    ability to engage across all levels
  • Solid background in Continuous Improvement methodologies,
    including Lean and Six Sigma
  • PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB)
    required (Green Belt is a plus)
