JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for the daily management of Consumer Lending products and services such as; loan income document verification process, settlement of daily loan bookings, repayments and prepayments.
• Work with the Country KYC Lead and Collections Head to manage end to end KPIs, SLAs with outsourced service providers and procedures of Consumer Lending product.
• Responsible for putting in place the procedure manuals for Consumer Loans
• Collaborate with internal customers from other departments and other work streams of the Bank for service requirement, inquiries and instructions.
• Provide reporting for Consumer Lending product and provide recommendation to Client Services Lead and Retail Operations Head based on customer journey statistics, learning and customer feedback to understand customer needs to provide direction or inputs in developing or improving products or services and procedures.
• Ensure compliance to local regulatory requirements (BSP, BIR and others) and ING policies and procedures
JOB QUALIFICATION
• At least 8 years of experience in retail/consumer lending operations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Open for startups
