JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of technical learning and development programs
- Focuses on supervising learners and evaluating their performance
- Conduct various L&D interventions, including but not limited to face-to-face lectures, computer-based training, workshops, hands-on simulations, on-the-job training, coaching sessions, and virtual learning programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in designing, developing, and delivering technical L&D program and instructional materials
- Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programs focused on digital financial products and services
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 5-8 years of power plant/energy experience
- At least 3-5 years of technical L&D experience
- Must be a graduate of any engineering course (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical only)
- Must have an excellent English communication skills
- Preferably with PRC License
- Preferably with other certification or license related to L&D
- Preferably with teaching experience
