JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and oversee the investment banking activities, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering growth in the capital markets division.
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the investment banking division, aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company’s investment banking footprint, including new products, services, and geographic markets.
- Lead and oversee the execution of complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the investment banking division, setting, and achieving ambitious financial targets.
- Explore and adopt innovative technologies and tools to streamline deal execution, improve decision-making, and deliver value to clients.
- Establish and maintain robust compliance processes and controls to mitigate risks and safeguard the company’s reputation.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- A seasoned professional with a strong background in investment banking principles, capital markets, and financial products
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the investment banking industry.
- Proficiency in financial technology and data analytics tools.
