JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establish and maintain a project management framework, policies, and processes that will be used for delivering a multi-year digital roadmap execution.
- Establish and maintain project management reporting as required by the business.
- Project manage the implementation of business applications and systems, platforms, system enhancements, and updates in accordance with the Vivant group’s needs.
- Coordinate the responsibilities of project managers across multiple active projects.Manage the performance and outputs of project resources.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to define business requirements, performance expectations and services levels.
- Planning, allocation, and prioritisation of resource requirements across multiple projects.
- Manage program/project budgets, risks, and issues register, and reporting.
- Development and maintenance of a project risk register, treatment plans, and escalation procedures.
- Management of third-party service providers involved in the delivery of project related products and services
- Development and maintenance of appropriate levels of project documentation.
- Contract management ensuring obligations with customers for KPI, delivery SLAs and other deliverables.
- Identification of potential project impacting constraints, and work with the transformation manager to ensure overall project success.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in IT portfolio and program management within an enterprise/conglomerate.
- Proven experience in program and project managing the implementation of complex enterprise applications and systems.
Proven experience in managing service providers and vendors to deliver outcomes - Proven experience in building strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Proven experience in implementing business change management programs.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualifications in the project management domain such as PMI, LEAN, or Agile are desirable
