Chinese Property Development Start-up Firm to build estates, residential, and commercial in-fills nationwide
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Head the teams handling Project Development, Design, Construction Management, and Land Acquisition
- Lead multiple project enterprises in market research, land acqusition, project planning, business development
- Oversee feasibility studies to ensure bottom line profitability
- Communicate and negotiate with different strategic business units and local government units and agencies for estate-wide concerns
- Collaborate with Architectural, Engineering, and Media Consultants for the successful delivery of projects
JOB QUALIFICATION
- With at least of 10 years of experience in real estate project development
- Proven track record in launching successful and profitable projects
- People management experience
- Graduate of a four-year course
- Highly articulate
- Collaborative
