JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage, execute and monitor all the marketing and public relations activities including, but not limited to preparing marketing materials, event planning, media relations, research, publications and developing, implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of company marketing campaigns in order to:
• Meet strategic goals and deliver revenue and profit targets
• Achieve agreed outputs, deadlines, budgets
• Deliver consistent strong value propositions and compelling messages that influence purchasing/renewal decisions and win/retain business
• Deliver a consistent and positive brand identity
• Ensure campaigns are delivered to highly targeted audiences that reflect the personas and profiles identified by the strategic teams
• Drive innovation and efficiency across the promotional mix”
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Graduate fo a four-year course
• At least five (5) years of experience in non-life insurance corporate setting, preferably in marketing
• Confident, highly articulate, and can work under pressure”
