JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement frameworks, policies, and best practices to improve process efficiency and control.
- Lead process optimization and automation for scalable B2C operations.
- Establish governance and controls to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partner with regulatory bodies and audit teams to address compliance proactively.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and adherence.
- Collaborate with product, tech, risk, and compliance teams to support business strategies.
- Conduct audits to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Standardize processes and promote best practices across B2C operations.
- Advise leadership on operational improvements and risk mitigation.
- Oversee compliance and risk functions to ensure alignment with standards.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Strong background in designing and implementing governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in leading process optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and industry standards, with experience collaborating with audit and compliance bodies.
