JOB DESCRIPTION
The General Manager for Bulk Water Business will oversee all operational, strategic, and financial aspects of our bulk water division. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the bulk water industry, exceptional management skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth, market expansion, and profitability objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance competitive positioning and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and strategic direction for the bulk water division.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bulk water business, including production, distribution, and logistics.
- Ensure efficient management of resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive cost control measures and optimize operational efficiency to enhance profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Maintain high standards of water quality and safety, and oversee regular inspections and testing.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Experience in water utility company
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the water industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willing to be based in Davao
