JOB DESCRIPTION
- Has deep understanding in Ayala Land product type (Highrise/Malls/Hotel/Mixed Used and etc.)
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills; strong business acumen; well-rounded experiences
- Experience in construction industry with areas of responsibilities for the ff: Project Management/Construction Operation and Strategic Management
- Has deep understanding and commitment on Safety and QA/QC objectives
- Expert in Project and Integration Management; Performs his/her functions align with QEHS (Quality, Environment, and Health and safety) Policies and Procedures of the Company’s Integrated Management System
- Collaborates with Construction Management, Stakeholders, and support groups to ensure effective project delivery within the Operation Center.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must be a licensed Engineer or Architect.
- Over15 years relevant work experience in the construction industry.
- Previous experience in managerial or supervisory positions is crucial, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
- Familiarity with a variety of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial, is advantageous.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction principles, building codes, safety regulations, and relevant technologies is essential.
- Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and secure favorable terms is valuable in construction management.
- Risk Management: Proficiency in assessing and mitigating risks associated with construction projects to ensure safety, compliance, and profitability
