JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with the owner in driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
- Tasked in implementing daily operations, aligned with that goal and the company’s strategies.
- Develop business partnerships and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the owner.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Will be covering both sales/marketing and operations; therefore, should have experience handling both
- With understanding on financial and legal side of the business
- Experience in setting up a company from scratch and has B2C or retail background
- Advantage if candidate had worked outside the country and used to working with other cultures/foreigners”
