JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build the organization from the ground up
- Lead the development of country-wide, high-end vertical projects (residential, office, and mixed-use)
- Manage the overall profitability of the company
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 20 years of experience in Project Development, Finance, Sales in the real estate industry
- Currently or previously occupying a C-level function
- Strong track record in leading a company to profitability, either in a start-up or turnaround environment, is a plus
- Proven people management skills
