JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for maintaining standard of performance and quality of services by ensuring smooth passenger experience and readiness of airport terminal facilities, equipment and resources, and ensuring implementation of CGY Safety and Security policies in the airport terminal.
- Manages the Team to facilitate ease of travel and seamless transfer of passengers.
- Builds rapport and establishes close working relationship with airlines, stakeholders and government agencies.
- Proposes new methods to improve operations and implements changes to the SOPs.
- Coaches the Team according to their strengths and areas for development.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Willing to be assigned in Laguindingan
- Must have customer service experience
