Our client is an integrated mining company with a cement plant based in Cebu.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Overseeing weekly and monthly cement sales volumes from Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations using supply planning and resource management techniques to achieve sales volume objectives.
• Will be working in coordination with Plant Operations, Planning, and Commercial/ Sales Departments.
• Perform analysis and validation of distribution/variable costs, assumptions and consequently propose and implement network distribution strategy.
• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualification
• Cebu based or willing to work in Cebu
• With working experience in any local/international cement plant
• Strong planning skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised
