JOB DESCRIPTION
The SCM Business Partner (SCM BP) operates as a dedicated business partner to designated business units. This places the business partner as an interface between SCM and the wider business. The SCM BP role works closely with internal stakeholders to bring together SCM needs, influence behaviors and deliver value to the enterprise. The SCM BP is recognized as a source of SCM expertise and acts as a change agent in implementing new processes.
Key performance areas:
- Strategy deployment: Informing and supporting the deployment of SCM strategies as they apply to relevant business units.
- Business integration and execution: Delivering on internal customer requirements and priorities.
- Stakeholder relationship management: Representing the function as the primary point of contact and reference.
- Business management and coordination: Aligning with relevant cross-functional initiatives and coordinating collaboration opportunities
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering specialization
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Supply Chain Management Strategy and Execution
- Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Customer Focus / Stakeholder Management
- Business Process and Governance
- Negotiations
- Supply Chain Project and Risk Management, including ESG integration in the projects/initiatives
