Our client is the Center of Execution of a leading global digital marketing services agency that operates globally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To monitor and analyze online conversations and report on social media performance.
  • Create performance reports, and recommend improvements based on performance.
  • To drive projects that involve social listening and measurement.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • With at least 4 years work experience in social listening and analytics.
  • Proficiency in using social listening tools, such as Sprinklr.
  • Has an excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
