JOB DESCRIPTION
- To monitor and analyze online conversations and report on social media performance.
- Create performance reports, and recommend improvements based on performance.
- To drive projects that involve social listening and measurement.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- With at least 4 years work experience in social listening and analytics.
- Proficiency in using social listening tools, such as Sprinklr.
- Has an excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
