JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project Oversight & Compliance – Ensure construction quality, adherence to contract plans, safety standards, and regulatory codes. Track project performance metrics, budgets, and schedules to meet targets.
- Contract & Financial Management – Review proposals, contracts, and invoices. Manage cost controls, project bids, and financial processes to keep projects within budget.
- Construction Coordination – Monitor contractor performance, organize activities, and coordinate schedules to align material deliveries with construction timelines.
- Risk & Issue Resolution – Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, oversee inspections, and address project challenges proactively with stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Communication – Assist in leading the construction team, conducting meetings, reporting project status, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree Holder in Engineering (ME/EE/CE)
- 5 years of relevant industry experience in project execution of power or energy storage.
- Project Experience: At least 5 years’ combined experience in power plant engineering and construction including OEM and EPC contractor experience, with demonstrated project management experience with full project planning, schedule, and cost responsibility for major capital projects.
- Must be a licensed Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineer
- Location: Cebu
