JOB DESCRIPTION

- Ensure full regulatory and statutory compliance of all marine assets by coordinating inspections, surveys, and certificate renewals with MARINA, PCG, and Classification Societies.
- Plan, inspect, and maintain marine and structural assets (hulls, jetties, mooring and breasting dolphins, berthing facilities) to ensure structural integrity and seaworthiness.
- Lead and supervise marine inspections and maintenance activities, including annual structural and hull tank inspections, working closely with contractors, divers, and external service providers.
- Manage marine and structural maintenance execution by generating, prioritizing, and closing work orders in Maximo, and overseeing contractor performance and work quality.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, including material procurement and spare parts inventory, to minimize downtime and operational risk.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and permit-to-work compliance across all marine and structural activities, including waste management and emergency response readiness.
Prepare technical, inspection, and incident reports, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for marine-related incidents.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Professional: At least 5 years related experience in the marine industry, shipyard repairs and maintenance, ship building.
- Leadership Experience: Must have at least 2-3 years leadership experience.
- Project Experience: At least 1 year drydocking/ship repairs
