JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the General Manager will lead in designing business strategies as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure the growth and profitability of the entity while observing the group compliance, local regulations and statutory requirements.
This role is responsible for overall general management of the entity including and not limited to revenue and cost management, people management, supply chain management and customer management. He/She will provide recommendations to the top management for the sustainability and expansion of business operations.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor Degree / Masters in Business Administration or equivalent
Possess minimum 5 years of general management experience with a in manufacturing environment, in building materials or construction chemicals industries.
Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable business growth, distinct customer orientation and strong customer interface skills.
Team player with a working experience of 15 years and more, which can influence and collaborate with multiple external and internal stakeholders especially at senior executive levels
