JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be on top of Construction Operations activities ranging from Land Acquisition, Project Conceptualization, Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Delivery to After Sales Services
- Manage 10-20 projects within the assigned region
- Manage a group of around 30-40 employees
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Related experience in Construction Operations
- 20-30 years of experience
- Expertise in mixed-use or high-rise projects
- People management skills
- Must be a licenced Engineer (Non-Negotiable)”
