JOB DESCRIPTION
• Be on top of Construction Management activities ranging from Land Acquisition, Project Conceptualization, Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Delivery to After Sales Services
• Manage 10-20 projects within BGC and Makati area
• Manage a group of around 30-40 employees
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Related experience in Construction Operations
• 20-30 years of experience
• Expertise in mixed-use or high-rise projects
• People management skills
