JOB DESCRIPTION
•Develop, implement, integrate and deploy digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the AEM Sites product suite
•Design, develop and implement components for the AEM platform, including workflow step components
•Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM core platform by leveraging OSGI services
•Develop OSGI bundles for Java code, as well as custom sling servlets in AEM
•Follow, understand and implement best practices to manage security, performance, and scalability of the content management and content delivery solution
JOB QUALIFICATION
• 2+ years building sites using: AEM CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue
• 2+ years’ experience with creating custom AEM components and templates, experienced in using AEM Core Components
• 2+ years’ experience maintaining and administering AEM sites
• delivery of at least 1-2 AEM projects as a developer
• Recent AEM Developer certification (is a plus)
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (is a plus)
• 3+ years’ experience with Java
• 3+ years’ experience with HTTP and REST API usage
• Experience utilizing common CI/CD tool-chains, e.g. Git, Jira and Confluence
• Very good knowledge of current web technologies (Java/JEE)
• Knowledge of Web Services (REST and/or SOAP)
• Familiar with AEM workflows, Maven/Gradle as well as Sling, JCR and OSGi services
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work/learn as part of a team
• Knowledge of ticket based tracking system
• Time management, and prioritization skills
• Troubleshooting and configuration skills
