Our client is one of the leading pharma distribution and healthcare solutions companies in the Philippines. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Director to oversee their warehouse operations in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Warehouse Operations Director will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality and safety. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement and team leadership to meet our organizational goals.
- Manages the overall operations of MDI’s National Distribution Center ensuring that all processes related to warehousing and distribution are completed on schedule and comply with established procedures, guidelines and work instructions, ISO standards and other regional QA standards.
- Develops and implements warehouse strategies to optimize workflow and inventory management.
- Lead and mentor warehouse teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for warehouse operations.
- Drive initiatives for cost reduction and service enhancement.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or engineering
15 years+ of experience in warehouse management or operations; with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and engage the team and develop a high performing and results-driven team
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of warehousing key performance indicators (KPIs)
Working knowledge of SAP or related warehouse management systems
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
