JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality logistics service delivery.
- Daily tasks include vendor selection and evaluation, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance (vendor KPI), resolving issues, and fostering collaboration with vendors to drive continuous improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years and above experience in vendor development and management role
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts, logistics vendors experience will be preferred
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
