JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take full ownership of the financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability. Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and collaborate with the finance team to develop cost control measures and improve profitability through actionable insights for business improvement.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the toll manufacturing industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by capturing markets beyond usual Value-Added Services (VAS) or bundling jobs and securing high-value projects.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to jointly offer comprehensive end-to-end or independent solutions based on client needs, while enhancing customer engagement and expanding the business footprint in the toll manufacturing sector
- Serve as the Transition Champion for new projects, systems, or processes to ensure a seamless integration into existing operations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must have strong experience in toll manufacturing. Exposure in logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with the machinery and equipment used in toll manufacturing.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to ensure company operations comply with legal requirements.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- In-depth understanding of production processes.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
