JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Project Manager (PM) oversees project tasks, budget, workflow, and deliverables to ensure targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. The role manages the end-to-end process across design, survey, installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
- Define project objectives, develop a detailed project plan with work breakdown, coordinate execution, and ensure timely delivery aligned with customer expectations.
- Identify key project risks, create mitigation strategies, and drive the implementation of risk-reduction actions.
- Establish a governance framework, set up effective communication and reporting channels, and maintain strong engagement with all project stakeholders.
- Manage project scope and change requests to prevent cost overruns and schedule delays.
- Build the project team and oversee subcontractors (when applicable), or collaborate with partners for joint delivery. Allocate and coordinate resources to execute the project delivery strategy effectively.
- Ensure delivery quality and compliance with EHS standards.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 5 years of solid project management experience, ideally in ICT network deployment.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and project delivery processes; PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate and report to mid- and senior-level customers, manage key stakeholders, and establish influence.
- Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities; able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Experienced in leading teams of at least five members.
- Background in digital transformation projects is an advantage.
