Legal Technology and Knowledge Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establish and maintain legal document management systems, including taxonomy, metadata, and archives
  • Drive implementation and adoption of legal technology tools (CLM, automation, AI)
  • Improve and streamline contract lifecycle and legal workflows
  • Ensure privacy, compliance, and data governance across legal processesCollaborate with Legal, IT, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions
  • Develop reports and insights to track efficiency, usage, and cost savings

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Management, or related field
  • 4–5 years experience in legal operations, knowledge management, or legal tech
  • Hands-on experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, CLM tools)
  • Familiarity with legal workflows, contracts, and compliance processes
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation, or legal technology solutions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment
