JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead organization design, workforce planning, and structural improvements.
  • Develop competency frameworks, succession plans, and talent pipelines.
  • Drive culture-building and leadership development initiatives.
  • Lead engagement surveys, diagnostics, and data-driven OD insights.
  • Support transformation, expansion, and change initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • 7–10 years of experience in organizational development and leadership development.
  • A strong background in culture, change management, and talent systems.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
