IT Recruitment Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business objectives.
  • End-to-End Hiring: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s employer brand through innovative campaigns and engagement initiatives
  • Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry hiring trends and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years in recruitment, with 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Willing to work a Hybrid Set Up 3x a week in BGC
