Our client is a long established maritime and logistics company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate daily husbandry operations including crew changes, CTM, visas, transport, accommodation, provisions, and spares.
- Update and manage operational data in P360 (or similar systems) to support port agency teams.
- Follow SOPs and maintain consistent workflows across ports while tracking tasks against service KPIs.
- Communicate with port teams, vessel operators, Masters, and offshore teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with approved vendors, manage bookings, and maintain updated vendor records and performance data.
- Liaise with Pac Ocean and alternative suppliers, ensuring clear requirements and addressing capability gaps.
- Maintain accurate documentation, job files, and support financial processes such as prefunding and invoice reconciliation.
- Deliver professional customer service, ensure compliance with policies (HSQE, governance), and escalate risks or issues promptly.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. ICS or related industry certification (completed or in progress) is an asset.
- 1–3 years of experience in vessel agency, logistics coordination, or related maritime/transportation roles preferred.
- Familiarity with crew changes, CTM handling, visa processes, and port logistics is an advantage.
- Experience with vendor coordination and time-sensitive operational tasks is beneficial.
- Clear and effective communication with Masters, operators, vendors, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with CargoWise or experience working within similar logistics/operational platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience with process automation, workflow optimisation, or automation tools is considered a valuable asset and will be highly regarded.
- Amenable to work during Pacific Time.
