JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze and optimize crewing workflows within the ERP system
- Identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements
- Monitor system performance and user experience
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and support decision-making
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to enhance ERP functionalities
- Support crewing teams with system-related training and troubleshooting
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably in crewing, but open to other industries)
- Strong business analytics and process improvement skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Background in system integration and workflow optimization
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
