JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strategic Leadership – collaborate with the cross functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data, develop and execute comprehensive analytics plan to support the clients’ objectives and goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering skill development, achieving high performance and efficiency in delivering insights and reports
- Oversee the collection, cleaning and analysis of data from different database sources
- Deliver insights that address business challenges, present the findings and recommendations to stakeholders and business decision makers.
- Evaluate, implement and continuous improvement analytics process based on emerging trends and available analytics tools and platforms
- Reporting CRM statistics based on global specifications and requirements. (ad-hoc/quarterly)
- Extensive automation of campaign reporting in looker in coordination with the in-house data teams.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- With at least 5 years’ work experience in data analytics and heavy experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in working with bulk data reports, with the ability to analyze and extract actionable insights.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in delivering report presentations to stakeholders.
