JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement effective and high-quality Training for Cadets and Seafarers – from Manila office and Third-Party Manning agencies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Long term training planning
- Innovative training methodology for new generation seafarers (millennials / Centennials)
Engineering & Technical Department Management
- Oversee engineering and technical teams responsible for water distribution, treatment, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and regulatory compliance in all technical projects.
- Lead research and development initiatives to improve water treatment and distribution systems.
- Optimize technical workflows to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Strong business development experience
- Strong knowledge of water treatment, distribution systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subsidiaries effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
