- Business Development: Identify and target financial institutions within the fintech, banking, and lending sectors as potential clients for our telco flagship alternative data product.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with a focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted financial institutions, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their specific needs and challenges, and proposing customized data solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends and our product offerings, ensuring you can effectively communicate the value and applications of our alternative data solutions.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your professional network, and stay at the forefront of industry developments.
- Sales Collateral: Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales collateral and materials that resonate with potential clients.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress in CRM systems, regularly providing reports and updates to management.
- Customer Feedback: Gather valuable customer feedback and insights, and relay this information to internal teams to help shape the ongoing development and enhancement of our products.
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience for the Sales Manager
- 3-5 years of proven experience in fintech, banking, or lending acquisition
- Strong understanding of the fintech and banking industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
