JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provides direction and leadership to achieve sales and/or profitability targets at the same time reduce operating expenses and improve efficiency aligned with TEI’s objectives.
• Ensures that TEI Managed stores and Partners-Managed stores meet TEI’s prescribed policies, systems, and product and service quality standards.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Graduate of any Business Management and Master’s degree
• At least 10 years of work experience in Operations of any food or related industry as Operations Manager
• Food Service Operations
