JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, advertisements, and newsletters.
  • Market Research Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Brand Management Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure that messaging and visuals align with brand guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing Oversee digital marketing effort. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting Track and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to coordinate marketing initiatives and support business objectives.
  • Events Management Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brands and build relationships with customers and partners.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software/tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
