JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, advertisements, and newsletters.
- Market Research Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Brand Management Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure that messaging and visuals align with brand guidelines.
- Digital Marketing Oversee digital marketing effort. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting Track and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to coordinate marketing initiatives and support business objectives.
- Events Management Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brands and build relationships with customers and partners.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software/tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
