JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead a team of marketing analysts in conducting thorough analysis of marketing data including sales figures, consumer behavior data, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Lead the online marketing and promotion activities, coordinate with Sales team to implement related incentives, activities, or campaigns.
- Develop and implement marketing and product pricing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and product development to identify key business questions and develop actionable insights to address them.
- Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast market trends and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management to communicate key findings and recommendations
- Train and mentor junior analysts to enhance their analytical skills and capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control measures and validation processes.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or marketing or related field, preferably within the FMCG industry or E-Commerce industry.
- Proven track record of leading analytical projects and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools, and experience with data visualization tools, such as Google Sheet, Excel, and others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Hard working and willing to learn.
