JOB DESCRIPTION
• Heads the bills payment business of GCash.
• Leads the Bills Payment business team with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market.
• Drives the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep GCash Pay Bills relevant and competitive.
• Ensures that that the company’s overall strategy and goals are supported by those of the product; that the product goals and strategy do not deviate from that of the business.
• Initiates and oversees the development and management of the product’s roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision.
• Manages the innovation and improvement of the product in such a way that ensures that GCash Pay Bills is constantly growing to suit the consumers’ needs.
• Develops metrics to assess the success of the product, it’s features, and determine necessary enhancements
• Manages cross-functional teams in business, and product design/engineering
• Responsible for managing and implementing marketing initiatives through research, strategic planning and implementation.
• Collaborates with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of product and developing needs
JOB QUALIFICATION
• 5-8 Years of experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Product Management and experience working in a Fintech or Digital bank industries
