A leading insurance tech player that uses mobile technology to disrupt the global insurance industry and fuel financial inclusion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop creative solutions that optimize business process and sales operations
• Provide analytics support for the Management to gain insight and drive business planning based on data and statistical methods
• Assess and document key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
• Work closely with Management to prioritize business information needs
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

JOB QUALIFICATION

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a data/reporting analyst
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
• Adept in queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous consulting experience is an advantage but not a requirement
