Our client is a one of the Philippines’ leading distributors of premium aesthetic medical devices and products.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive business growth by developing and executing the business strategy for the Injectables Division while achieving annual sales and profitability targets.
- Lead and develop the sales team by recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team to deliver business objectives.
- Strengthen customer and supplier partnerships by managing key accounts, building long-term relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinic owners, and collaborating closely with international suppliers on product launches, forecasting, marketing initiatives, and business development.
- Expand market presence by identifying new market opportunities, increasing product penetration, and planning and executing educational events, workshops, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activities.
- Drive cross-functional success by monitoring market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback while collaborating with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of sales experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or injectables, with injectable aesthetics experience highly preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
- Experience working with international suppliers or principals.
- Strong network among aesthetic physicians, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons, particularly in Metro Manila.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
