JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage and drive revenue from all the sales channels: Brokers/ Dealers, Agencies, Branches
• Ensure smooth relationship with all partners
• Motivate and develop the team
• Report directly to the FVP Sales Head
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Proven sales track record in the financial services sector (Insurance – life or non-life, banks, asset management, credit card firms, etc.)
• People management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to be based in either Cebu or Davao
