JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to developers and engineers, ensuring high-quality software development practices.
- Oversee all project activities, ensuring technical solutions are aligned with business objectives and architecture standards.
- Collaborate closely with teams to address escalated technical challenges and complex problems, including architectural design, coding, and problem-solving.
- Lead and support the development of full-stack applications using different technologies such as C#/.NET, Angular/React, and Node.js.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud-based solutions, providing strategic advice and direction for ongoing and new projects.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, identifying root causes and leading resolution efforts for issues.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fullstack application development, with expertise in C#/.NET and Angular/React (and other relevant web technologies).
- Strong experience in leading cloud-based projects and working across diverse technologies.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing technical guidance.
- Proven problem-solving skills, capable of handling escalated technical challenges, including architecture, design, and coding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with teams of developers and engineers.
- Work in a hybrid setup, reporting to the office thrice per week, with occasional urgent calls involving different time zones (AU/IST/US).
