JOB DESCRIPTION
• Take the lead for business, data and process architecture design principles of Seedbox apps to be cloud-native
• Provide development and production support
• Review code, code prototyping, and write limited production code as required in coordination with other Tech Leads
• Mentor junior developers
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Related work experience:
Solutions Designer/Architect – Mobile Apps
Senior Software Engineer – Mobile apps
Senior Back-end Developer – Mobile Apps
DevOps Experience Required
Cloud services Required, preferably AWS
Web development Not required
Mobile app development Required, with strong skills on back-end dev work
• Non-technical skills
Analytical skills Problem solving and develop collaborative solutions with both business and technical teams
Communication skills Verbal and written, ability to explain tech matters to non-tech
Collaboration Demonstrated skills in working with multi-disciplinary teams;
Working with both insource and outsource team preferred but not required
• Technical Skills
Algorithms and data structures Must
Diagramming Technical design for development and service delivery (production) team
Data and process flow diagrams,
Specific technical tools Working knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies
Experience with React, Flutter or any similar mobile dev framework
Java, Python, Ruby, Spring Boot
Development environment Agile environment experience
Database environment Experience or working knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and noSQL (MongoDB) databases
Experience with Oracle DB, preferred but not required
