Our client is a PSE-listed power company with a diverse portfolio in renewable and thermal energy generation, distribution, and retail electricity supply.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support project financing and refinancing activities, including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation, and lender coordination.
- Manage debt service obligations, loan covenants, and compliance with lender requirements throughout the financing lifecycle.
- Assess financial ratios, including DSCR, debt-to-equity, and interest coverage, to determine their impact on loan compliance.
- Monitor actual versus forecasted cash flows, drawdown eligibility, cash availability, and financing-related disbursement requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, lenders, Treasury, project teams, and other internal and external stakeholders on financing activities.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least four years of professional experience in project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or Treasury.
- Has experience in structuring and executing project financing transactions, including refinancing, capital raising, or other debt financing activities.
- Has experience in financial modelling and assessing project viability, debt capacity, financial ratios, and loan covenant requirements.
- Has strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with banks, lenders, investors, and internal teams.
