JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage network projects and initiatives. Work with different teams and vendors to deliver the project in a timely manner.
• Assist with network problem resolution for the company’s global data network
• Create network design and provide bill of materials and budgetary estimates based on the requirements
• Network change management approval and validation
• Validate network configurations and architecture design drawings including documentation
• Device maintenance renewal and contract management

Job Qualification
• At least 8 years hands-on technical support experience in data communications environment
• Knowledgeable with network hardware platforms and components: Switch, Router, Firewalls, Chassis, SUP Engine, Interface Modules, Transceivers, Cable Types, etc.
• Deep knowledge on SD-WAN technologies, ACI, VXLAN, Smart Licensing, MPLS, VPN, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPS, URL-Filtering, and circuits
• Knowledgeable in different networking monitoring tools Vitalnet, CiscoWorks, Whats Up Gold, Riverbed Cascade, Riverbed Netprofiler, and PRTG
• Familiar with Aruba devices and applications (Clearpass, RAP, Access Point, VPN Controller)
• Familiar with Bluecoat (Reverse Proxy), Forcepoint (Web Filtering), F5 (LTM/GTM), iRules, Infoblox (Internal DNS)
• Familiar with Riverbed appliance & applications (Steelhead (Optimization) & Netprofiler (Network utilization and monitoring)) • Familiar with Network hardware device life cycle (EOL, EOS, etc.)
• With experience managing SLAs (including vendor SLAs)
• Familiar with different Cisco tools and portals – CCW (Cisco Commerce), SNTP (Smartnet TotalCare Portal), Cisco Collector
• With experience in IP address Management (Infoblox DNS, DHCP)
• With experience working on CA certificates, F5, etc.
• Proficient in cost analysis • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio with strong presentation skills
• Minimum certification of CCDP or CCNP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be a strong team player and have good customer service skills
