Our client based in the Philippines provides services related to Supply Chain Management, Customer Care, Accounting and Technical Services and other sales support activities to the global operations of the Shared Service Center in Wroclaw, Poland.
• Ensure environment provision and deployments for QIAGEN SaaS platform based on ServiceNow and Salesforce.com, ensuring 99.9% uptime of PROD environments and daily maintenance of all infrastructure and platform components
• Leverage DevOps best practices in combination with automation tools to streamline application development lifecycles
• Build and maintain strong relationships to all QIAGEN regional business units as a representative of QIAGENs Corporate IT organization
• Report to the Global IT Leadership team based in Germany
• Be responsible for team and people management (selection, appraisal, performance, retention, and development)
• Preferably has experience in Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Required SAAS experience as a system administrator or developer background.
