Our client is a grant-making foundation based in Switzerland. They receive donations from individuals and entities all over the world and process and send grants to charities almost anywhere. We are hiring for their Philippine team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Directly reports to the VP of Technology.
• The Scrum Master’s primary function is to coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, and other relevant team meetings
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks to achieve higher scrum maturity
• Work with Product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Work with the Development team to ensure stories and bugs are diligently completed, including helping to remove blockers.
• Work with DevOps when planning releases and hotfixes
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprint
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ of business analyst experience in a work environment
• 4+ year experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies and release process
• Scrum master certification
